Terms of Service

You may use our website to learn about Knewton and to create a school account. Access to the application is provided under a separate service agreement. You agree to use the services lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse them.

Where accounts are provided, you’re responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Schools are responsible for managing the roles and access of their own staff within the application.

Data your school enters into Knewton remains your school’s. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to deliver the service. We will not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the service to you.

We work to keep Knewton available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” while the product matures. We may add, change, or remove features, and we’ll give reasonable notice of significant changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Knewton is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
