Who we are
Knewton is a school management platform operated from Lahore, Pakistan. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@knewtons.online.
Information we collect
When you create an account or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, school name, email, phone number, approximate student count, and any message. We do not collect payment information on this website.
Within the Knewton application, schools enter operational data about students, staff, and finances. That data belongs to the school; we process it only to provide the service.
How we use your information
We use account and contact details solely to respond to you, arrange onboarding, and keep you informed about Knewton. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting and database providers), under appropriate safeguards.
Data security & tenancy
Each school’s data in the Knewton application is isolated, with role-based access control and audit trails. Sensitive records such as payroll and personal data are restricted to authorised roles. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss or unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact details you’ve shared at any time by emailing hello@knewtons.online.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
